1. The present petition has been moved seeking interim bail of the petitioner on the medical ground.

2. At the outset, a perusal of the record reveals that an earlier application with the same prayer had been moved before the learned Sessions Judge. The learned Sessions Judge had sought the status report and medical records. However, instead of awaiting the decision of the learned Trial Court, the petitioner withdrew the application and filed the present petition before this Court.
