We take note of the order dated 24 December 2021 passed in Sh. Kuldeep Singh Sahani & Ors. vs. Government of NCT of Delhi & Ors. [W.P.(C) No. 9928/2021], in terms of which omnibus directions were framed for the purposes of confiscation of goods of street vendors found to be carrying on activities in contravention of the vending conditions which applied. That very order had also accorded liberty to aggrieved persons to move an appropriate application in that matter in case release of seized articles were sought.
