The petitioner sought regular bail in case FIR No. 563/2019 of PS Bhalswa Dairy for offence under Section 302/34 IPC. Learned counsel for petitioner in all fairness seeks permission to withdraw this petition with liberty to file fresh bail application before the Trial Court after examination of all the eye witnesses.

Accordingly, the bail application is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought.
