The present petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India seeking a direction to Respondent nos. 1 and 3 to conduct an enquiry on the complaint of the Petitioner dated 16.07.2024. 2.
Learned counsel for the Respondent nos. 3 and 4 relies upon the order dated 13.11.2024 passed by the co-ordinate bench in W.P.(C)15804/2024 which was filed by the same Petitioner.
2.1 He states that filing of the present petition is only a duplication of the reliefs sought in W.P.(C)15804/2024.
2.2 He states that in any event the Petitioner is aggrieved due to the illegal construction carried out by the owner/occupier of property no. 9/59 Geeta W.P.(CRL) 3764/2024 Page 1 of 2 The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. Colony, Delhi which has resulted in encroachment of a public land. 2.3 He states that Respondent nos. 3 and 4 have already initiated appropriate proceedings and sealed the illegal construction on 14.11.2024; and on instructions from Mr. Pushpendra Kumar, E.E. Shahadra South, he states that the illegal construction which is in the form of public land encroachment will be removed in its entirety within a period of one (1) month.
2.4 He however states that the allegations against Respondent no. 4 in the complaint dated 16.07.2024 are neither justified nor made out. 3.
Learned counsel for the Petitioner states that in view of the aforesaid statement made by Respondent nos. 3 and 4 that the illegal public land encroachment shall stand removed, he is satisfied and he does not press for any other reliefs.

Respondent nos. 3 and 4 are bound down to the aforesaid statement recorded at paragraph 2.3, made before this Court today. 5.
This Court does not deem it appropriate to grant reliefs sought at prayer clauses a, b and c as sought for in this petition and the said reliefs are accordingly declined.

The petition is disposed of in terms thereof.
