Petitioner impugns order dated 16th April, 2024 passed by the Competent Authority under the Slum Areas (Improvement and Clearance) Act, 1956.1 Counsel for Respondents, at the outset, has pointed out that there is a statutory appeal remedy under Section 30 of the Act. 2.

In light of the above, counsel for Petitioner, after making some submissions, states that he could like to withdraw the present petition and take recourse to the appellate remedy provided under the Act. 3.

In view of the above, the present petition, along with pending applications, is disposed of, with liberty as aforesaid. 4.
