The parties have entered into an amicable settlement and have executed a Settlement Agreement dated 09.03.2025. 2.

Binding the parties to the terms of the Settlement Agreement, the present appeal is disposed of.

It is further made clear that in case the appellant does not honour the commitments made in the Settlement Agreement for any reason whatsoever, the directions contained in the impugned order shall stand revived.
