% 21.10.2019 CM APPL No.46036/2019 The present appeal is against the judgment dated 30.11.2015 passed by the learned Additional District Judge-04 in CS No.44/2011 and 45/2011 whereby the suit for partition, recovery of possession, damages and permanent injunction was dismissed. Vide this application the appellant wants to withdraw this appeal as do not intend to continue further.

In the circumstances the appeal stands dismissed as withdrawn, pending applications also stands disposed of. Ordered accordingly. No order as to costs.
