W.P.(CRL) 856/2017 By this petition the petitioner seeks quashing of FIR No.294/2016 under Section 376 IPC registered at PS Nabi Karim on the complaint of respondent No.2 and the proceedings pursuant thereto on the ground that parties have settled the matter.

At the outset learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition.

Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
