Mr. Aly Mirza, learned counsel appearing for the respondents, on instructions, submits that if the petitioner approaches Registrar-SED during the course of the day personally, along with necessary late fees etc. and if he completes the required formalities, he shall be allowed to write the examination.

So far as the second year examination is concerned, he submits that the petitioner shall become eligible only after completion of a requisite number of classes to be attended.

In view of the aforesaid, no further directions are required. 4.

The statement made by Mr. Mirza is placed on record. 5.

The petition sands disposed of.
