Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent submits that Mr. Vinod Kavle, who is the Link Officer for Delhi Commission for Women/Respondent No. 1 has now been transferred but in his place Mr. Gautam Mazumdar, Assistant Secretary for Delhi Commission for Women/Respondent No. 1 is physically present in Court today. 2.

Learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the Respondent No. 1(1A) and 1(1B) submits that the grievance of the Petitioner is with respect to wilful disobedience of Order dated 14.10.2024 passed by this Court, which had directed that the payment of outstanding salary for the period from March 2024 to October, 2024 be made to the Petitioners. Learned Counsel submits that the entire payment for the period from March 2024 to October 21, 2024 has been made to the Petitioners.
