The present petition impugns bid process conducted on 16th November, 2024 which was conducted in terms of order dated 28th October, 2024 passed by this Court in CRP No. 201/2024. 2.

Counsel for Respondents informs that the aforenoted order was challenged by Petitioner before the Supreme Court in Special Leave to Appeal (C) No. 28354/2024, which has been dismissed on 29th November, 2024.

In the opinion of the Court, there is no violation of fundamental right or any other statutory right of the Petitioner to warrant the intervention of this Court under Articles 226 and 227 of the Constitution of India, 1950.
