The parties, vide order dated 12th April, 2018 were referred to the Mediation Cell of this Court.

Mediation has been successful with the efforts to Mr. Kamal Nijhawan, Advocate / Mediator and a Settlement Agreement dated 7th May, 2018, purporting to be signed by the parties and their advocates and the Mediator, has been received from the Mediation Cell of this Court.

Only the counsel for the plaintiff appears and none appears for any of the defendants.

The counsel for the plaintiff supports the settlement and states that in terms of the Settlement Agreement, the present suit is to be withdrawn and he withdraws the suit.

Need to await the defendants is not felt particularly since the suit is being withdrawn. 6.

The suit is dismissed as withdrawn, leaving the parties to bear their own costs. 7.

A certificate entitling the plaintiff to refund of the court fees paid less Rs.50,000/- be issued and handed over to the counsel for the plaintiff. Dasti under signature of Court Master.
