By this petition the petitioner seeks parole on the ground that he has to file special leave petition.

Iinitially the petitioner stated that he would be staying with one Mohd. Kamil, who would stand surety for him. As per the status report it was verified that Mohd. Kamil is a permanent resident of Nangla Rai Khera, Gangeru, Shamli, Uttar Pradesh was having his own house and was a blanket vendor. It is stated that Mohd. Kamil is not a relative of the petitioner but had befriended the petitioner while they were both in Mandoli Jail.

Further as per the report petitioner has three brothers namely, Wasim, Mohd. Amin and Munna Khan. Though Wasim lives at the native village in Bihar, Munna Khan is living in a tenanted premises and the third brother W.P.(CRL) 749/2017

Mohd. Amin is also living in Mangol Puri, Delhi however, his exact address was not known.

Considering the fact that two brothers of the petitioner are residing in Delhi, that the jail conduct of the petitioner is satisfactory and the petitioner has been in continuous custody since 2nd December, 2013 this Court deems it fit to grant parole to the petitioner. It is, therefore directed that the petitioner be released on parole for a period of four weeks on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹15,000/- with one surety bond of the like amount, which surety would be of any of his brother residing in Delhi, that is, either Munna Khan or Mohd. Amin, subject to the satisfaction of the Superintendent, Central Jail, Mandoli.

Copy of the order be communicated to the petitioner through Superintendent, Mandoli Jail.
