Ld. counsel for parties submit that the suit property is situated at Gali Mori Wali, Mohalla Chail Puri, Kinari Bazar, Chandni Chowk which falls under the jurisdiction of District Central, Delhi hence seek transfer of present case to District Central, Delhi.

In view of orders passed by Hon'ble the Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case stands transferred to District Court (Central), Tis Hazari, Delhi. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge (Central), Tis Hazari, Delhi on 19.04.2016.

Registry is directed to send the complete case record to the concerned District Judge by next date of hearing.
