% 30.05.2019 IA No.8204/2019 u/S 151 CPC moved by plaintiff for return of original documents It is stated that the matter has already been dismissed as withdrawn by the Hon'ble Court vide order dated 06.05.2019. Through the captioned IA, the plaintiff is seeking return of original conveyance deed dated 14.03.2008, original registered Sale Deeds dated 16.12.2003 and 14.12.2006 as detailed in para no.3 of the captioned IA. It is stated that the said documents were placed on record by the plaintiff/applicant herein.

In view of same and in view of submissions made, the captioned IA stands allowed, subject to filing/placing on record the certified copies (of original documents sought to be returned) before the learned AR. Subject to said condition, original documents be returned to rightful person/applicant after due verification.
