Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submitted that during the pendency of the instant petition, the learned Tribunal passed an award dated 20th March, 2024, wherein, directions were passed to regularise the petitioners and therefore, the dispute of the petitioners stands adjudicated. It is further submitted that the service condition of the petitioners may also be considered as per the terms of the award dated 20th March, 2024.

It is also submitted that as per the statement given by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents no. 1 and 2 in pursuance of The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. the notification dated 10th March, 2018, they are contemplating not to take any action against the petitioners.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents no. 1 and 2 has not objected the statement given by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners by submitting to the effect that since the award has been passed, they are contemplating not to take any action against the petitioners.

Heard learned counsel appearing on behalf of the parties and perused the record.

After perusing the award and the statement given by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondents no. 1 and 2 that they will not take any action in light of the notification dated 10th March, 2018, this Court does not find any reason to keep the matter pending for further adjudication. 6.

In view of the above facts and circumstances as well as the submissions made before this Court, the instant petition stands disposed of as nothing survives for further adjudication in the matter. 7.

Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed of.
