% 03.03.2020 Ld. counsel for applicant Ram Kumar, the then surety of respondent stated that applicant stood surety for respondent and furnished security by filing the copy of FDR of account no. 456400PU00002264 of Punjab National Bank, Bhikajicama Place, New Delhi.

It is noted that surety bond of appellant was accepted on 11-10-2012 and original of FDR was returned after making endorsement thereon. The applicant produced the abovesaid FDR for cancellation of endorsement in terms of order of Hon'ble Court dated 17-02-2020. In view of above, the endorsement on the abovesaid FDR is cancelled and original FDR is returned to the applicant Ram Kumar. No further order required.
