The present petition under Section 447 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 20231 seeks transfer of Criminal Complaints bearing No. CC NI Act No. 14820/2024, CC NI Act No. 14815/2024, CC NI ACT No. 14817/2024, CC NI ACT No. 14819/2024 and CC NI ACT No. 481/2025, titled OFB Tech Pvt. Ltd. v. Pravha Chilli Private Limited & Ors., from Central District, Tis Hazari Courts, Delhi to South District, Saket Courts, New Delhi.

The Court has heard counsel for the parties. The Complainant submits that the complaints were filed before the Tis Hazari Courts under the mistaken belief that the stamp of the Jhandewalan Branch on the Return Memo conferred jurisdiction on those courts. would vest in courts of South District, Saket Courts. 3.

Counsel for the Respondent draws attention to the averment in the complaints invoking the jurisdiction of the Tis Hazari Courts. While this may be so, the Court is of the view that the jurisdictional error was inadvertent. It is also noted that other complaints filed by the Petitioner are already pending before the South District, Saket Courts. 4.

In view of the aforesaid circumstances, the present petition is allowed. Criminal Complaints bearing CC NI Act No. 14820/2024, CC NI Act No. 14815/2024, CC NI ACT No. 14817/2024, CC NI ACT No. 14819/2024 and CC NI ACT No. 481/2025, titled OFB Tech Pvt. Ltd. v. Pravha Chilli Private Limited & Ors., are transferred to South District, Saket Courts, New Delhi.

Disposed of along with pending application.
