Learned Counsel for the Respondents seeks to rely upon a written communication as received on 27.02.2025 from the Competent Authority in this behalf. The relevant extract is set out below: "The competent Authorities have granted/renewed the security clearance in respect of M/s Global Vectra Helicorp Limited & its Board of Directors, and accordingly DGCA has renewed their Air opeator [SIC operator] permit on regular basis for a period of 5 years......."

2.1 A copy of this communication is handed across to the Court. The Registry is directed to scan and upload the same so that it remains embedded in the case file.

Learned Senior Counsel for the Petitioner, on instructions, submits that in view of the statement made by the learned Counsel for the Respondents, the Petition may be disposed of. 4.
