O R D E R

% 12.09.2018 Writ petition is listed on an office note as the petitioner had not surrendered to custody after expiry of the parole period. A report has been received from the learned District and Sessions Judge indicating that the petitioner was arrested on 15th August, 2018 in compliance of the non-bailable warrants issued by this Court vide order dated 3rd July, 2018.

The petitioner has been produced in custody. He be sent to Tihar Jail to undergo the remaining sentence.

Learned District and Sessions Judge has also proceeded to recover the amount of the bond furnished by the surety. The same be proceeded in accordance with law.

Notice issued to learned counsel for the petitioner is discharged. No further orders are called for.
