O R D E R

% 11.04.2018 By this petition, the petitioner had sought extension of parole on the ground of treatment of his wife.

When this petition came up before this Court since no specific date for surgery was fixed, this Court did not extend the parole. Petitioner has since surrendered to custody, as informed by learned counsel for the petitioner and learned ASC for the State on instructions. Verification report has been handed over in Court which is taken on record. As per the report, wife of the petitioner is suffering from Peritoneal adhesion in the Pelvis with Uterus and ovaries. Thus, she has been advised to undergo surgery on 15th April, 2018.

In view of the verification report and the fact that earlier also the petitioner was granted parole which concession he did not misuse, this Court deems it fit to grant parole to the petitioner for a period of three weeks on his furnishing a personal bond in the sum of ₹40,000/- with one surety bond of the like amount, subject to the satisfaction of learned Trial Court. Petition is disposed of.
