The counsel for the petitioners withdraws the petition stating that this petition was preferred against an order of dismissal of application filed by the petitioners for impleadment in Suit No.122/2001; that the suit has since been decided vide judgment and decree dated 9th June, 2017 copy of which is handed over in the Court and is taken on record. 3.
