Application under Section 528 of BNSS has been filed on behalf of the Complainant seeking clarification of Order dated 18.12.2025. 2.
It is submitted that there was cross-FIR No.0010/2016, wherein offence under Section 509 IPC has been quashed, but not under Section 354(c) IPC.

It is pointed out that though FIR No.0010/2016 was registered under Sections 509/354(c) IPC, but Chargesheet had been filed only under Section 509 IPC, which has already been compounded by learned MM. 4.
Learned counsel for the Complainant submits that she may be permitted to seek quashing of cross-FIR No.0010/2016. 5.
