% 26.10.2018 Counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition, the petitioner reserving the right to enforce the order of maintenance granted by the Metropolitan Magistrate. The petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.

The amount deposited in terms of the earlier orders in Crl.M.C.4508/2015 by the respondent shall be released to the petitioner, same being subjected to adjustment against the liability of the respondent under the interim order of maintenance. This is without prejudice to the contentions of both sides.
