% 28.05.2018 Learned counsel for the appellant seeks permission to withdraw the present appeal, in view of the subsequent developments. He also states that the appellant have reservation on the directions and observations made in the impugned order. If required, they would challenge similar directions in an appropriate case. In view of the above statement, the appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. All the pending applications are also dismissed as withdrawn.

Deposit made by the appellant would abide by the decision in the civil suit filed by the respondent No.1. Deposit having been converted into an FDR and would be renewed from time to time till the decision in the civil suit.
