By way of the present petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, the petitioner assails an order dated 28.07.2025, passed by the learned Sessions Court, rejecting an application seeking substitution of the Authorised Representative of the petitioner.

Mr. Vanktesh Joshi, learned counsel for the petitioner, states that the petition has been rendered infructuous. He, therefore, seeks permission to withdraw the same.

The petition, alongwith pending application, is dismissed as withdrawn in terms of the above submission.
