By the present petition, the petitioners essentially challenge the continuance of the proceedings in CC No. 684/2021 filed by Respondent No. 1 herein under the provisions of the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005. 2.
The learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners were never in a domestic relation with the respondents and, therefore, they could not have been made respondents in the complaint being CC No. 684/2021. 3.
She submits that the application seeking discharge was filed before the learned Mahila Court way back in the month of February, 2023 in which the arguments were heard by the learned Trial Court on 31.07.2023. She submits that the learned Trial Court has till date not passed any order in the said application which has led the petitioners to file the present petition.

Considering the above, this Court does not consider it apposite to entertain the present petition at this stage. petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Mahila Court to expeditiously pass orders, if not already passed, in the application filed by the petitioners seeking discharge. 5.
