Petition under Section 528 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 has been filed on behalf of the Petitioners for quashing of FIR No.0160/2019 under Sections 307/341/506/174-A/34 IPC & Sections 25/27 of Arms Act, registered at PS: Rajouri Garden, Delhi. 4.

As per FIR, injuries inflicted had been on the Complainant/ Respondent No.2 on his head with a weapon. Chargesheet has also been filed. 5.

Learned APP for the State appears on advance Notice and points out that Petitioner No.2 Captain Singh had been absconding, but has now joined investigations. He was subsequently arrested and Supplementary Chargesheet has been filed against him.
