This hearing has been done through hybrid mode. 2.

The present petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act read with Section 151 of the CPC, seeks the following prayers:- "i) direct the Respondent to allot an alternative plot to the petitioner in compliance with order dated 29.3.2011 ii) initiate contempt proceedings against the Respondent for disobeying and disregarding the order/ direction dated 29.3.2011 Such other and further order which this Hon'ble Court deems fit and proper in the facts and circumstances of the case be also passed in favour of the petitioner and against the respondent."

The present petition was adjourned sine die vide order dated 12.11.2014 passed by the learned Predecessor Bench, in view of the pendency of the Review Petition No. 141/2014 in W.P.(C) 3466/2008 filed by the DDA in respect of the order dated 29.03.2011, for which the present contempt petition had been filed.

The matter is listed in view of the Circular No. 57/LISTING/DHC/2026 dated 14.01.2026, wherein it was directed that no case shall be adjourned sine-die and in cases which cannot progress due to some intervening circumstances, a next date shall be given so that they are monitored by the Hon'ble Court regularly.

It is brought to the notice of this Court that Review Petition 141/2014 in W.P. (C) 3466/2008 was allowed by the learned Single Judge vide order dated 14.08.2015 and the judgment dated 29.03.2011 was recalled. It is further pointed out that the W.P.(C) 3466/2008 was already dismissed as withdrawn vide order dated 24.11.2016.

In these circumstances, no further orders are called for. 7.

The present petition is disposed of accordingly. 8.

Pending application(s), if any, also stand disposed of. 9.
