% 23.03.2018 We are not inclined to entertain the present contempt appeal. At this stage, the learned counsel for the appellant states that he would withdraw the present contempt appeal and file an application for directions and relief, in view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondent, as recorded in the order dated 15.12.2010. In view of the statement made, the contempt appeal is dismissed as withdrawn. We clarify that we have not made any comments on merits. Application, if filed, would be examined in accordance with law. CM No.11615/2018 is also dismissed as withdrawn.
