CM APPL.7261/2026 (filed on behalf of petitioner seeking direction of release of amount deposited by the respondent) 1.
The present application prays as under:
"1) Allow the present application under Section 151 of the Civil Procedure Code, 1908 and direct the Registrar General to release the amount of Rs.4,57,531/- (Rupees Four Lakh Fifty Seven Thousand Five Hundred and Thirty One only) may be released in favour of the Petitioners in their MACT Account bearing no.42706751873 IFSC Code SBIN0014244 and Rs. 47,635/- (Rupees Forty Seven Thousand Six Hundred and Thirty Five only) may be refunded/released back to the Contemnor i.e., National Insurance Company Limited."

Respective counsel for the parties jointly submit that the said prayer is in terms of the mutual understanding / settlement arrived at between the parties.

It is jointly requested that the said prayer be allowed and the amount be released in terms thereof.
