Mr. Jitender Singh, learned counsel who appears for the petitioner submits that since after the filing of the present application for the grant of anticipatory bail, the petitioner has already been arrested and granted regular bail by the court of learned CJM.

Learned counsel does not want to press the application and seeks permission to withdraw the same.
