The appellant seeks leave to appeal in the High Court against judgment passed by learned Court of Sessions, whereby criminal appeal was dismissed. As regards maintainability, learned counsel for appellant refers to Section 419(4) BNSS but after examining the same in detail, seeks permission to withdraw this petition so that the appellant may take recourse to appropriate remedy in law.
