The petitioner has filed the present revision petition under Section 115 of the Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 ["CPC"], against an order dated 16.07.2025, by which the Trial Court rejected an application filed by it under Section 151 of the CPC. The prayer in the said application was to take on record the documents mentioned and annexed therein. 2.

By virtue of the proviso to Section 115(1) of the CPC, only such orders which would have resulted in the disposal of the suit, had they been made in favour of the revisionist, are susceptible to revision proceedings.

In the present case, the application was only for taking on record additional documents, and the outcome thereof would not have resulted in the disposal of the suit.

the petitioner, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition with liberty to seek appropriate remedies.
