The present application seeks cancellation of Non-Bailable Warrants1 issued against the Petitioner, who is a witness in Sessions Case No. 11511/2023 titled State vs Pramod & Ors., arising out of FIR No. 202/2023 dated 10th April, 2023, registered at PS Jait Pur, under Section 304/307/34 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860 and Section 30 of the Arms Act, 1959. 2.

Counsel for the Applicant submits that an application for cancellation of the NBWs is already pending consideration before the Trial Court and is now listed for 2nd December, 2025. It is further submitted that the Petitioner 1 "NBWs"
