Report has been received from the Superintendent, Mandoli Jail stating that the appellant has been released after completion of the sentence and also the sentence in default of payment of fine. 2.
Learned counsel for the appellant on the last date sought leave to withdraw the appeal on instructions from the appellant as the appellant did not wish to pursue the appeal. Thus this Court directed the appellant to be present in Court today.

Learned counsel for the appellant submits that the appellant is not in touch with him after he gave instructions to withdraw the appeal, thus he could not be present in Court today.
