The respondent No.2 and Mr. Subhash Bharadwaj, Director of the petitioner present in court along with their counsels have resolved the matter before this court.

As per the terms of settlement, the petitioner has agreed to pay a sum of Rs.2,50,000/- to respondent No.2 in full and final settlement. This includes the amount of Rs.1,00,000/- deposited by the petitioner in terms of the order dated 21st November, 2008 and the interest accrued thereon. As per the UCO Bank, a sum of Rs.1,68,079/- is balance as on today in the FDR.

The writ petition is disposed of in terms of the settlement between the parties.
The Registrar General is directed to disburse the amount of Rs.1,00,000/- deposited by the petitioner along with interest thereon to respondent No.2 by instructing UCO Bank to transfer the same to savings bank account No.380902120000166 of respondent No.2 with Union Bank of India Branch, Ansari Road, Daryaganj.

The petitioner shall make the payment of the balance amount after adjusting the aforesaid amount directed to be disbursed to respondent No.2 within a period of six weeks from today. Respondent No.2 shall intimate the amount received by him along with the copy of the proof of the receipt of the amount to counsel for the petitioner to enable the petitioner to pay the balance amount to respondent No.2.

Mr. Subhash Bharadwaj, Director of the petitioner undertakes to make the payment of the balance amount in terms of the settlement to respondent No.2 within six weeks. The undertaking of the petitioner is hereby accepted. The petitioner shall remain bound down by his undertaking given to this Court.

Copy of this order be given dasti to learned counsels for the parties under signature of Court.
