The present petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking the following prayers:- "a) Issue a writ of certiorari and / or any other writ order or direction of a similar nature setting aside the Impugned Order dated 28.07.2025 passed by the Ld. Sole Arbitrator; b) Issue a writ of mandamus and / or any other writ order or direction of a similar nature directing the Ld. After some hearing, with the consent of learned counsel for the petitioner, respondent no.1 (Dixon Technologies-India Limited) and respondent no.2 (M/s JAIICO) the following order is passed:- i.
The impugned order dated 05.08.2025 is set aside. ii.
It is agreed that the application under Order 1 Rule 10 filed by the respondent no.1 (claimant before the Arbitral Tribunal) shall be decided afresh after hearing the respective parties. iii.
Only after the application under Order 1 Rule 10 is decided one-way or the other, the Ld. Arbitrator shall proceed with adjudication and taking of further steps for adjudication of the substantive controversy. 5.
The petition is disposed of in the above terms. Pending application also stands disposed of.
