W.P.(CRL) 716/2017 This petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India by the petitioner seeking a writ of habeas corpus for production of her wife, who is missing since 22.02.2017. A police complaint was made to the SHO, Krishna Nagar as also the Deputy Commissioner of Police, Police Headquarters, ITO, New Delhi. The postal receipts have been placed on record. SI Vijay Kumar from P.S. Krishna Nagar submits that the complaint has not been received as of now. Another copy supplied in Court today. He submits that necessary action would be taken in accordance with law. Additional SHO, Inspector Narender Kumar, P.S. New Usman Pur is also present in Court. Let the petitioner
