The present application has been filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking following relief:
<(i) Revival the Writ Petition (Crl) No.3683/2025, which was disposed vide order dated 11.11.2025 upon the statement made by the Respondents, seeking issuance of appropriate writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ to transfer the investigation/ inquiry to the Special Cell / Crime Branch of Delhi Police or any other independent investigating agency, in the interest of justice and equity.= 2.

petitioner submits that vide order dated 11.11.2025 the petition was disposed of after recording the statement of learned Additional Standing Counsel to the effect that enquiry on complaint of the petitioner will be concluded within a period of 10 days.

He submits that the petitioner has not been intimated as to what action has been taken by the respondents.
