The accused/applicant seeks anticipatory bail in case FIR No. 445/2025 of PS Anand Vihar for offence under Section 318(4)/3(5)/61 of BNS.

After addressing partly, on being pointed out that in the Agreements to Sell between the accused/applicant and co-accused Deepak as well as between Deepak and the complainant de facto, there is no disclosure of mortgage of the subject property, learned counsel for accused/applicant, on instructions, seeks permission to withdraw this anticipatory bail application so that the accused/applicant surrenders and seeks regular bail. 3.
As requested, the anticipatory bail application and the accompanying application are dismissed as withdrawn.
