Learned counsel for the parties jointly submit that they have reached a mutual settlement and have also formalized an agreement to sell. The same is also reflected in the report of Local Commissioner. The parties submit that the consequential sale deed will be executed on or before 31.01.2026. 2.
Under these circumstances, learned counsel appearing for the decree holder seeks liberty to withdraw the instant petition. 3.
In view of the above, liberty is granted to the decree holder no.1 to revive the petition, in case the sale does not fructify. 4.
The Local Commissioner stands discharged.
