Mr. Brijesh Kumar Tamber, CGSC, appearing for respondent nos.1 & 2, Ministry of Corporate Affairs ('MCA') and Registrar of Companies ('ROC'), has presented a counter affidavit with E-filing No.66026/2026 dated 7th February 2026, since the same was not on record. 2.
It is stated in the counter affidavit that an inspection was ordered against M/s Explorers Travels and Tours Pvt. Ltd. under Section 206(5) of the Companies Act, 2013 vide MCA's communication dated 23rd September 2024.
