This application has already been allowed by the learned Joint Registrar vide order dated 10.02.2016 2.

Registry is directed not to show the application as pending in the cause list.

CS(OS) 1339/2008 & I.A. No. 8292/2016 (for early hearing) 1.

The Court has perused the averments made in the plaint which reveal that the suit has been valued for a sum of Rs.21,00,000/-, for the purposes of pecuniary jurisdiction.

In view of the Notification No.27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, issued under Section 4 of the Delhi High Court (Amendment) Act, 2015 (Act 23 of 2015), the present suit is transferred to the Court of the District CS(OS) 1339/2008

& Sessions Judge, South District, Saket Courts Complex for further proceedings before the competent court on 01.9.2016. 3.

It is made clear that as both sides are duly represented today, no fresh notice for appearance shall be issued and the parties shall ensure their presence before the concerned Court on the aforesaid date. 4.

I.A. 8292/2016 is disposed of.
