The present petition under Article 215 of the Constitution of India read with Section 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 seeks the following prayers:- <In view of the facts and circumstances explained above it is most humbly prayed that this Hon'ble Court may pleased to try and punish the above-mentioned contemnors in accordance with law and hold that the respondents, concerned police officials/ MCD officials are personally accountable for intentionally violating the order/directions dated 31-07-2023 passed in W.P.(C) no. 10741/2019.

deem fit keeping in view the facts and circumstances of the case and in the interest of justice be also passed.= 3.
All the annexures in the present petition are of the year 2020, however, the order for which compliance has been sought is of the year 2023. 4.
In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file a fresh petition in case fresh cause of action arises.
