In the Execution Petition before the learned Single Judge, the Appellant (Decree Holder) has been permitted to file a reply, while the case has been adjourned to 25.11.2025.

Undoubtedly, in the meantime, the sale of the property has been stayed. However, the aforesaid order is only an ad-interim arrangement, which shall be amenable to modification, revocation and cancellation, after the Decree Holder files reply to the objections. 3.

It is evident that the learned Single Judge has kept the matter for a short date, i.e., 25.11.2025. Hence, this Court finds no ground to interfere. The present Appeal, along with the pending application, stands dismissed.
