The learned senior counsel representing the Appellant before this Court for the first time has argued at some length and upon realizing that the Appellant has not taken up the points before the learned Single Judge, which were sought to be projected by him, he comes up with a prayer for permission to withdraw the present appeal, in order to file an application before the learned Single Judge. 2.

Hence, the present Appeal, along with the pending applications, is dismissed as withdrawn.
