This petition is filed seeking directions for an expeditious disposal of petition filed under Section 85 of Delhi Land Reforms Act, 1954. 2.

As per the facts pleaded, the land in question was urbanized on 16.05.2017.

The issue as to whether after urbanization of the land the proceedings can continue under the Delhi Land Reforms Act, 1954 is subjudice before the larger bench of this court.

At this stage, this petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to approach the authority concerned after the decision of the larger bench with a prayer for an expeditious disposal of the petition. 5.

In the eventuality of such a prayer being made, the competent authority shall consider the same, in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible.

The petition is accordingly disposed of.
