Learned counsel for applicant does admit that trial is already over and case is fixed for final arguments.
2.
In view of the above, he, therefore, does not press present bail application but seeks request to learned Trial Court to expedite the disposal of the case. 3.
Learned Addl. P.P. for State submits that there would not be any delay or inaction on their part and part arguments have already been made before the learned Trial Court and it would be ensured that arguments are concluded without any further delay in the matter.
4.
Next date before the learned Trial Court is stated to be 10.02.2026. 5.
In view of the above, the present application is disposed of, as not pressed. 6.
Learned Trial Court is requested to make every possible endeavour to dispose of the matter, as expeditiously as possible. 7.
Needless to say, both the sides would render due assistance and co-operation to the learned Trial Court.
