% 03.12.2024 After making some submissions in the matter, Mr. Mohit Batra, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner via video-conferencing seeks leave to withdraw the present anticipatory bail petition, with liberty to pursue all other remedies as may be available to the petitioner, in accordance with law.

Mr. Batra undertakes that the petitioner would present himself before the learned Trial Court and offer himself for investigation, as and when called-for by the Investigating Officer.

The petition is accordingly disposed-of as withdrawn, with liberty as prayed-for, without making any observations on the merits of the matter. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed-of.
